I had a recent visit here for blood work and prework drug testing. Check-in was simple, quick, and easy the staff checking me in was very helpful! Because of high volume I waited only 20 mins before being called back. Staff who completed my bloodwork and testing was super friendly and quick! I had a great experience here
I was assisted by the trio of faith, Michelle & Sonja . They were very helpful. they demonstrated a high level of professionalism and customer service while dealing with an increased number of patients in the midday time. All three of them kept a smile on their face and we’re very helpful while dealing with all patients. I definitely commend them on their customer service and their excellence.
Felt the wait for pre employment physical/drug test was a little long having an appointment. Staff was fun and proffesional. They did miss the chest x-ray and hinted it was my fault and I had to go back. X-ray visit was very quick and easy.
I had an excellent experience with Nadia . She was kind, compassionate, and very professional throughout my care. Her patience and genuine care made a big difference during my visit. I truly appreciate her dedication and would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you for providing such outstanding care!
Very friendly and welcoming staff! I came in for a drug test for the first time and was feeling nervous, but the Concentra Urgent Care staff made me feel relaxed and at ease! Definitely will come here again if I have any issues or ever need to take a drug test again. 10/10
