I can’t give zero stars sadly. The DR. My wife sees told her “You’re never happy.” Well yes, that’s the reason for seeing a mental health professional. (If you can call them that). Then proceeds to send the prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy and acted like it was a huge inconvenience when asked to change them. Bad attitude all the way around and terrible communication. Use ANYWHERE ELSE

0 Zero stars is what I would give if I could. This company has been a joke from the start. The Dr. James Meeks told me and my wife that we was not a conflict of interest. 2 month later and after our zoom appointment and he schedules me for June. My wife gets a piece of mail from them saying they cancelled her for conflict of interest. I never got the letter. Now I have been without my med of Aderol for 2 days and they won't refill it because I had no idea they cancelled me too, even tho James set an appointment with me for June and is only May 20th tight now, This company is a joke on top of this and are very hard to get ahold of if you try and call. Don't waste your time with em cause you just get the run around as well. Just like all the health and medical facilities in Florida. They are not there to help anyone and cause more problems for you and don't care about peoples mental health at all........

I have no idea why this is ranked so bad Cindy is amazing and I trust her completely. I moved from another state and was. Afraid of not finding a provider like mine! Well I found her and couldn’t be happier. Btw, I’ve been a nurse for over 20 years. I’m well versed in providers

Communication in this office is truly terrible. I only put up with it because dr. Henshke was a true gem of a doctor. Lo and behold, I emailed to find out our next appointment and was told she left the practice in April and they allegedly mailed me a letter which I never received. Thank you guys so much, now I am at risk of withdrawal from an ssri. If I could give zero stars to this office I surely would. This is not the first time they have failed to communicate time sensitive information but it is most assuredly the last as I have no desire to continue putting up with this dumpster fire of a medical office.
