I cannot say enough good things about Complete Air. Their customer service is truly the best. Calls are returned quickly, and they work diligently to troubleshoot and get to the root of the problem. They are honest, fair, and completely trustworthy, which is hard to find these days. Their technicians are top notch: professional, knowledgeable, and respectful every single time they come out. What means the most to me is the way they take care of my family, especially when I’m away serving in the military. I never have to worry about my family being without AC or heat for long because Complete Air treats them like their own. The peace of mind they give me is absolutely invaluable. If you’re looking for a company you can trust completely, Complete Air is it. Very Respectfully, Bruce
I would highly recomend Complete Air. Complete Air did a fantastic job. Other companies took too long. Gave me prices that were way too high. Didn't call back in a timely manner. I spoke to Don at Complete Air, he knows his business. Don also has great customer service. An employee showed up at 8:30 as promised. By 11:00 my A/C was working. The employee was great all the way around. Perfessional, kowledgeable, and courteous. Bottom line the A/C was fixed ASAP. Only the broken parts were replaced, no addon's, nothing misdiagnosed. The repair was less expense than other companies quotes. Sorry this is so long. I cant remember the Techs name I think Don or Dan. Shout out to him, he is awesome.
Don and the team with Complete Air are incredible. We have been customers for several years and have continued to experience knowledgeable, personable, and comprehensive care for the HVAC unit in our home. We have had to use them for several emergencies and they were always prompt to get the problem solved. My parents also now use them and have found them far more reliable and better-priced than many of the other companies they have used in the past. We always know that our HVAC needs are well taken care of with Complete Air! Thanks guys!
The text that came out did a great job diagnosing what was wrong. Mr. Richards was extremely helpful with understanding what kind of unit I should replace mine with, which was very appreciated. The guys that came to install everything were real friendly and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend this company!
We have used Complete Air since we moved here to Jacksonville. We are very pleased with this company and all the representatives that have come to our house. They have all been kind and diligent with their projects at hand. I would recommend this company and have to our friends. Thanks for your excellent work. Daryel
