Switched banks from chase down the road to community first I can tell you that it is night and day. This place treats you with respect and the employees actually know what they are doing. I don't know how many times I had to go into chase bank because they screwed something up on my account. Been here for over a year and have nothing but good things to say about them.

Originally wanted to take my kids to open accounts at a big named bank. Walk in and was told no one could help me. Need to schedule appointment for 2 hours. Leave and head to Community First. Walk in Tristan helps us right away. Under an hour, two accounts, answers all our questions, excellent customer service. So glad they will be starting their banking journey at such a great place. Thank you, Tristan for restoring my faith in customer service. Would highly recommend.
