I cannot say enough great things about Alyssa Harpin. Her customer service is truly outstanding. She takes the time to listen, keeps detailed notes, and genuinely advocates for you when dealing with complex banking issues. Alyssa went above and beyond to help me with my banking needs—especially when I was dealing with an ongoing dispute with a credit card company. Instead of brushing the issue aside, she stood by me, followed up consistently, and fought alongside me to get things resolved. That level of dedication is rare. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares, is knowledgeable, and will have your back, Alyssa is the person you want helping you. She is an incredible asset to Community First Credit Union.
Absolutely love this branch. Left Vystar who my husband and I have been with since 1998., community first was a smart change for us. Came in for a loan to purchase a vehicle and James made it so quick and painless! Location is beautiful, clean and everyone is very knowledgeable and kind. Very thankful this branch opened up.
Great customer service experience! Michael Durbin showed excellent customer service. He helped me open up my account, was very friendly & quick.
You can't call a branch, if you don't have an extension number you have to call the phone number of the contact center and then they also cannot give you an extension they can only send an email to the person you're trying to call and have them call you back. This is a very poor customer experience.
I wanted to share an outstanding experience I had with the Assistant Branch Manager of Community First Credit Union Fleming Island Branch Gary Scott yesterday. Gary went above and beyond for my wife and me, providing exemplary customer service that truly made a difference. I had a check from another bank that I needed to access the funds from for an important transaction this weekend. Initially, I was informed there was a 5-business day hold on the funds which posed a significant problem for me. Understanding my situation, Gary took the initiative to call the bank the check originated from to verify the funds. Through his efforts, he was able to lift the hold for me, resolving my issue promptly and efficiently. Thank you Gary and Community First!! We love our Bank!!
