I had an outstanding experience at Community First Credit Union thanks to Jani Coakley. Jani was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to help me. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who provides such genuine, personalized customer service. Jani’s dedication to helping members is a true reflection of what great customer service should be. I highly recommend Community First Credit Union, and I especially appreciate everything Jani did for me. Thank you, Jani!
We visited the Community First branch this past Saturday to take care of two issues. Jani provided us with excellent service while helping resolve both of them. She was very professional, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. Her friendly attitude and willingness to help made the experience much easier. We definitely recommend her and truly appreciate her outstanding customer service.
