Today’s five star goes to the outstanding customer service we received from Jeremy and Bre! They are truly centered on what the customer needs are, and I believe an open line of communication to be effective and trying to determine what needs to be done. I have been debating on changing banks and I’ve decided because of these two I’m bringing all my funds over here. Thank you community first for both Jeremy and Bre!!
I had such a great experience at Community First Credit Union! Bre was the one who helped me and she was absolutely lovely. She was so friendly, patient and helpful and made the whole process so easy for me. I really appreciated how welcoming and understanding she was and I left feeling really happy with the service I received. Thank you so much Bre! 😊
Unfortunately I'll be leaving this credit union after moving to this side of town. I loved the Atlantic Beach branch but they must have lower hiring standards for this location. I went in to deposit a check that mobile banking wouldn't accept and they made me shie them in person that it wouldn't work. Aggravating but fine, whatever. They then proceeded to try to make me demonstrate it AGAIN. I'm very pregnant and run a business. No one is trying to go into a branch when they don't have to. Then they proceeded to say they needed manager approval to take the check because it said mobile deposit on it. Even though they could look at my account and see if it was actually deposited. I've had multiple accounts with them for 10 years. After two managers look at the check for 15 minimum they decided they couldn't take the check because it said "Ginger" instead of "Virginia" for my first name. Literally every check I've deposited for 10 years has said Ginger instead of Virginia. I deposited one a few weeks ago made out to Ginger with my married last name, not even the one on the account 😂 I guess requiring decrees for management roles isn't paying off very well. Maybe a test on common sense would keep customers. Anyway, I do all the banking for my business at Wells Fargo so I'll just move everything over now that this is the local branch I would need to deal with.
Had the pleasure of joining community first and was helped by the friendly staff. My account rep Jeremy Lewis was extremely knowledgeable on all products and handled everything with absolute professionalism and top-tier expertise. Will definitely be recommending this CU to friends and family.
Alexandria at the Bartram branch reminded me of why I bank at Community First. She assisted me with my account today and took her time to walk me through the steps without rushing through. She was kind, courteous, patient and offered outstanding customer service.
