Community First Credit Union

Sheridan smith was an absolute pleasure to work with starting my new account in Callahan. She went through every step and even went as far to help me setup online banking as well. She is truly devoted to the customer experience and went above and beyond to make sure the process was very smooth and she is a bright star for the company.

Love our community service in Callahan! Just so nice and kind people. Sam was so kind and accommodating. Makes you want to come back every time!

Wonderful experience at the Callahan location. Sheridan was an amazing assistance with getting an auto-loan, explained all the information perfectly and helped me achieve my goals in terms of where I wanted my car payments to be within range. No BS, got to the point and was patient with me during the process. Would go back for the future.

This brand new branch has opened in Callahan, and it is closer to us than the credit unions of which we are currently members. Sheridan was professional, helpful, respectful and pleasant when we went in to open a new account. We went back in a couple of weeks later to ask a question & she was patient and pleasant again. We look forward to a long and trouble free relationship with Community First.
