Wow! I have never met a A/C company like Comfort Zone of North Florida. I met them initially through my home warranty company, but would use them outside of that company, hands down, over any other company. Their service is always prompt and excellent. This time around a power surge took out our compressor and blower and we've been without air conditioning for five days! We’re so grateful that first thing Monday morning Comfort Zone gave us a call and took care of the problem by days end. It involved ordering the parts, warranty work on a unit that was only five years of age, and determining, who was responsible… and every single person I spoke with on the phone at the office has been so kind and most helpful getting it all worked out. We will definitely be signing up for their twice a year maintenance tuneups just to make sure this kind of failure doesn’t happen again. Michael Norman, our tech was so caring and so knowledgeable and promised when he left us on Friday that even if he had to stay late on Monday, he would get our air back up and running. And he delivered on that promise! I can’t say enough good things about Michael, the entire staff, and about Comfort Zone as a business model. I wish you much success.Thank you all so much!
Antywan was knowledgeable, thorough, professional & friendly. I switched from Del Air to Comfort Zone, because ever since Del Air took over from McGowan I had continuous issues with their service. Comfort Zone is local and their costs are reasonable and they didn't make me feel like they were only here to take my money. My issue was fixed quickly & efficiently. I recommend their services to everyone.
Fast, friendly workers and company. Took great care of my needs. My home never felt this cool before now. I do believe I have found my go to company for all my air conditioning work now. Had blown in insulation done. They did not leave any mess for me to clean up. Great job gentlemen. Mr Jaylen Garcia and his helper were wonderful. I had an outstanding experience with Comfort Zone Heating and Air Conditioning. Imagine how frustrating it was when the A/C went out in my elderly mom’s house. I initially tried to fix the problem through my home warranty provider, but I was told that the unit required servicing, which wasn’t covered under the warranty. Remembering the excellent service I received from the company that originally installed the system, I quickly contacted Comfort Zone to schedule a diagnostic appointment. They were able to fit me in promptly. When Donnie arrived, he was exceptionally professional and thorough. He clearly explained the issue and outlined each step needed to fix it. Thanks to Donnie and Comfort Zone, my mom and brother will be able to enjoy a cool, comfortable home again. In a time when great service can be hard to find, it’s reassuring to see that there are still companies and individuals who take pride in delivering quality work. If you're seeking an honest, trustworthy company with integrity, look no further. I am extremely impressed with their professionalism and the high standard of their work. I highly recommend them! I want to sincerely thank Daniel for the outstanding service he provided. As a cancer patient, I have been going through a very difficult time physically and emotionally, and having my air conditioner working properly is extremely important for my comfort and well-being. Daniel was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure the issue was resolved. His compassion and willingness to help meant more to me than he probably realizes. Excellent customer service is hard to find, and Daniel went above and beyond. I highly recommend him and truly appreciate the care and respect he showed me during this challenging time.
