I've been going here for about 6 years. I am always happy with my nails. They do a great job. Atmosphere is inviting and friendly.

Save yourself the trouble—this salon delivers inconsistent work that lifts within a week, the staff is rude and physically aggressive, and worst of all, it’s unsanitary. I had been here a few times without issue, but the last two visits were a nightmare. Quite literally, everything that could go wrong at a nail salon did go wrong. Kenny, the young man who did my nails, was very sweet and kind. However, he was told to rush by the other women working there, which I believe directly contributed to the poor quality of the service I received. • The first photo is of a fungal infection I got from this salon. • The second photo was taken just two days after getting my nails done—you can already see lifting around the edges. • The third photo shows my nails one week later—four of them had completely fallen off + the fungal infection. This most recent time I went in to address all of this, I very politely asked for some kind of discount—not even a free service, though that would have been completely justified considering everything that happened within a week. Instead, the nail tech who sat next to Kenny took me back, popped off every single nail (which, honestly, just proved how poorly they were applied to begin with), and then redid them in the exact same rushed and sloppy manner as before but this time my hand was being thrown and pulled around in an incredibly aggressive manner. I’m honestly appalled. The new set looks exactly like the last one, and I can already tell they’ll start lifting again within days. I am done with this place. It was only 10 minutes from my house but I can’t justify supporting a business that doesn’t value its customers. I treat everyone with respect, compassion, and understanding, and I consistently tip 25% or more. Despite that, I was treated horribly—even when I calmly explained the situation and simply asked for a discount on a fill to fix visibly poor work from the previous week. If you still decide to come here, I recommend only booking with Junie. She did my nails exceptionally well and was gentle and professional. But be warned—if she’s unavailable, you may end up in the same situation I did.

Kenny Was THE BEST, definitely recommend asking for him everytime! Kenny Cleaned under my nails before the full set and made me feel so incredibly amazing after they were done! From the moment I walked into the salon, I knew I was in for a treat. The atmosphere struck the perfect balance between luxurious comfort and chic design, setting the stage for what was an incredible experience. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and were exceptionally professional throughout my visit. The service was nothing short of amazing. The nail technicians were meticulous with their work, ensuring every detail was perfect. They offered a wide range of trendy colors and treatments, and their expertise was evident in the flawless results. I was particularly impressed with the value I received. High-quality service, a welcoming environment, and lasting results—all at a price that felt more than fair. I have tried so many salons and always left disappointed in the quality of work. Today, Ann exceeded my expectations 💕 She was quick and efficient but still gave me quality nails. They are exactly what I asked for without even a photo for an example. Environment was friendly and clean! Definitely recommend and will be going back to see Ann every time.
