Kim is among the best optometrist that I have had during my 81 years old. He don’t need his work with such a detail that no other uses in order to find the perfect equation for my new glasses. As of now, I’ve been living in Jacksonville for 2 1/2 years…He has been the best one.
During the eye exam at the Matthew Comerford OD, Costco gateway Jacksonville FL location, I was concerned whether the attendant was a licensed OD; or was not sufficiently knowledgeable; or was deliberating mis-diagnosing my vision towards further services. Instinctively, I made an appointment for another eye exam elsewhere, not mentioning that I had already had a recent eye exam a few days ago. ********************************************************* This is a follow up of my previous review of Mathew Comerford, OD, which proves one must be critical of one's instinct. I received a private response from Dr. Comerford which confirms all the many positive reviews attributed to Matthew Comerford, OD by other eye patients. I was pleased with the expanded diagnosis in Dr. Comerford letter and the additional recommendations for subsequent vision care in the future. Despite my previous review, I am pleased with the overall service, diligence and empathy from Dr. Comerford, not because I was refunded the full amount despite the amount of time Dr. Comerford invested in my eye care, but because I feel I gained a better insight into better eye care. I truly recommend Comerford Matthew, O.D. for vision care services.
I have been seeing Dr. Comerford for about 2 years. My kids all see him as well. He’s always on time and gets us in and out quickly and efficiently. He gives us our prescriptions immediately and we’re always able to walk over and get glasses and contacts from the Costco Optical center. Great service every time!
I started going to see Doctor Comerford a few years ago. I have been so pleased that I have now brought all three of my kids to him and away from their old Optometrist. Next will be my wife once her lasik surgery fails. I agree with the fact that you are not pressured to buy anything so everything done is about you and your eyes. You can use Costco for glasses if you choose or a vendor of your choice. Great overall service!
Great eye doctor and everyone in the office is extremely helpful and nice. So glad I found Dr. Comerford! I typically dread eye exams, but he made it quick and easy. My prescription is very simple and hasn't changed in years so I prefer my annual exam to be fast efficient, so this fit the bill!
