Someone in my community group asked for a referral for a mechanic and I immediately suggested Colombia! Love these guys! I've taken all my vehicles to them over the last 20yrs. Can't believe it's been that long! They are the most honest people I've ever met! They only fix what you want, there's never an unexpected cost and they are beyond reasonably priced. I wouldn't trust anyone else. Seen a previous review about Spanish language. Diego speaks perfect English so ask for him if you're not bilingual. It's not that hard Karen! I look forward to a repair just to go there🤣🤣🤣🤣
Diego and his team are life savers. The auto repair shop offers premier customer service, and a fair price. There are no surprises! He evaluates, explains the situation, and does honest work. Diego is very friendly and helpful. I will only trust him with my vehicle -- there is no need to ever go to the dealership when you have an honest, reliable, and trustworthy mechanic. Had my car serviced at Colombia Auto Repair and it was a good experience. They diagnosed the issue quickly and got everything fixed without any hassle. Staff were straightforward and easy to talk to, and the service felt honest and reliable. Solid shop if you need dependable auto repair
Don’t bring your car here. When the owner changes my oil, he gives me my .6 L back when the other guy changes my oil he puts in five whole quarts. You cannot overfill a motor like that then I find out he’s charging me more than he’s charging other people. Do not bring your car here. Dishonesty is a first sign of bad service charging people different prices and overfilling. Your motor is a very serious problem.
I appreciate the kindness, fairness and expertise Diego showed me this morning when I came to his shop. I am in Jacksonville for business & began have car problems. He took his time to troubleshoot and give advice which has put my mind at ease. The experience I had was a blessing.
