⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolute Masterpiece of a Dining Experience! My recent dinner at Collage Restaurant in St. Augustine was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we walked into the cozy, artful space on Hypolita Street, we knew we were in for a special evening. Our server, Stephen C, provided top-tier hospitality. He was incredibly attentive, perfectly timed each course, and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. The food itself was flawless and entirely worth the premium prices: House Salads ($28.00 for two): A beautifully fresh and crisp start to the meal that perfectly awakened the palate. Chicken Moutarde ($46.00): Rich, perfectly cooked, and layered with incredible flavor. Beef Tenderloin Filet ($56.00): Melt-in-your-mouth tender, cooked to absolute perfection, and beautifully presented. Coffee Cake And Doughnuts ($15.00): A phenomenal, indulgent sweet finish that we will be dreaming about for a long time. The Verdict With a subtotal of $145.00 (and a total of $154.43 with tax), Collage delivers an upscale dining experience where the quality of the food and the excellence of the service more than justify the investment. Wow! Its been a couple years since our last time in for dinner. Celebrated our Anniversary and happy we chose Collage. From start to finish our food and service from Myke B was perfect. I would highly recommend dinner here to anyone visiting or local looking for a quiet upscale experience.
My husband and I went here to celebrate our anniversary and it was a wonderful experience. The service was great and the atmosphere was intimate. The food was incredible, it was the best pasta I’ve ever had. The bread with the basil infused olive oil and roasted garlic was a great way to start the meal. We also loved the pallet cleanser sorbet! We will definitely be back here for another date night!
Beautiful atmosphere, intimate space and unique meal choices. Started with the special wedge salad, romaine, peaches, blueberries, pecans and gorgonzola, outstanding. Veal with shrimp was tender and flavorful. Tenderloin crostinis were perfected prepared. Fabulous for a special occassion or date night.
Cute little spot in the heart of downtown. The seating is a bit tight, I'm a very petite thin person and my chair was frequently bumped as patrons passed. The service was excellent. Everyone was genuinely nice not that fake, I'm doing this for my tip kind of friendly. Food was also excellent and in perfect proportions. We left full without need for left overs. Perfect place to celebrate our anniversary.
