Coleman American Moving Services, Inc.

Just had my unaccompanied baggage move for an international move yesterday. The three ladies that did my packing and loading worked really quickly and answered all the questions that I had. Communication from the office has also been stellar. Military families are in good hands with this moving company!

Stressful move. Poor communication. Delayed shipment. We were between two moving companies & ended up choosing Allied because we were told they would send a semi. They ended up sending a big box truck resulting in half of our belongings not fitting in one trip and we did not receive the rest of it for over a week. We did not know it would end up taking over a week to get the rest of our belongings as it was difficult to get a hold of anyone or get clear answers. It was more on a day to day basis if we were lucky. I was told to put in a delayed shipment claim, which I did, and it got denied. Long story short, would not recommend. 2 stars because the movers themselves were great.

Linda, Amanda, Doug Jr, Elijah and Ben were FANTASTIC! They were careful with our belongings and treated them as if they were their own. Super friendly and quick! They made sure to pack special family keepsakes carefully and cushion/wrapping between things that were breakable. I am thoroughly impressed with how hard they worked. Special shoutout to the ladies though, they worked their butts off moving these heavy boxes and impressed us beyond belief with their drive and work ethic! What boss babes! My husband and I are at ease knowing that our possessions are safe and secure. Thank you all again!

From the initial estimate for our move to the final delivery everything went exceptionally well. Ashley who oversaw the entire process did an outstanding job keeping us continually update. I can highly recommend this company.
