Our first visit with Dr Cole, you couldn't help be impressed with his down to earth demeanor and compassion. Fast forward a few years later, I had to make an appointment for my tripawd kitty. The online appt schedule put me out about a month or 2 to see Dr Cole. I felt I couldn't wait that long so I called and they were kind enough to "work me in" on a closer date. They did let me know that as a work in, I would likely have to wait a while. Well, a good vet is like a good hairdresser or a great restaurant. You're going to have to wait because they're so good! We arrived and I waited in the car in the parking area with my cat and they called me when Dr Cole was available. As before, he was kind and caring. My cat prefers men so he's not that stressed out when Dr Cole handles him. It's very hard to find a great, independent vet and one who isn't beholden to the large corporations. Private equity firms are buying out Vets just like they are medical practices. Dr Cole truly cares about the animals and isn't beholden to these mega firms. So yes, you may have to wait but they will do what they can to work you in. This practice is definitely one to wait for and to take care of your pets. Poppy & Claudia

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We absolutely love this vet! They always take such great care of our cat, Fox, and make us feel like he is in safe and caring hands. Everyone is so kind, patient, and helpful, and you can really tell they care about the animals they work with. We appreciate everything they do for Fox and wouldn’t want to take him anywhere else. 🐾💕 Highly recommend!
I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Durand and the entire team at Coles Veterinary Clinic. From the moment Kody and I walked in, the front office staff were warm and welcoming, making both of us feel right at home. This was our first visit, and I was really impressed that Dr. Durand had already taken the time to review Kody’s medical records. She came in with a great understanding of his health history, which made it easier for me to relax and have a meaningful conversation about his healthcare. It was clear right away that patients are more than just appointments on a schedule. The best part of our visit was watching Kody decide within 30 seconds that Dr. Durand was one of his “new” favorite people 😊. Dr. Durand has a wonderful way of combining expertise with genuine kindness, and by the end of the visit, I had no doubt Kody was in great hands. I highly recommend Dr. Durand and Coles Veterinary Clinic to anyone looking for a caring veterinarian who is knowledgeable and dedicated to providing outstanding care for both pets and their families. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Stewart and the team at Cole Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Stewart is by far the most thorough, compassionate, and knowledgeable veterinarian our pets have ever had. We have several cats and a dog and each of them is treated with patience, gentleness, and genuine care. Dr. Stewart takes the time to explain everything clearly, is completely honest, and always prioritizes what’s best for your pet—not what’s unnecessary or most expensive. Knowing that our pet’s well-being always comes first brings an incredible sense of relief and trust. I would highly recommend Cole Veterinary Clinic to anyone looking for excellent veterinary care!!
