⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience purchasing my Kia Sorento from Coggin FORD in Jacksonville! Amber was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and really took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for. One of the things I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured or rushed at any point during the process. Amber made everything feel easy and comfortable, answered all of my questions, and made sure my needs were actually heard rather than just trying to make a sale. Car buying can definitely be stressful, but Amber made the entire experience enjoyable and straightforward. I absolutely love my new Sorento and would highly recommend asking for Amber if you’re shopping at Coggin FORD. I had an incredible buying experience at Coggin Ford dealership when purchasing my used Subaru BRZ. I’m based in the Northeast, but my salesperson, Jake, truly provided white-glove service from start to finish. He handled negotiations, financing coordination, and all the paperwork so thoroughly that everything was ready to go before I even flew down to Florida to pick up the car. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free—honestly one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. The vehicle was priced very competitively, and there were no surprises along the way. Huge shoutout as well to Darlene in finance, who took the time to clearly explain everything and made the process easy to understand, especially for someone newer to financing. I highly recommend this dealership and strongly suggest working with Jake if you’re looking for a seamless, top-tier car-buying experience.
The reason I purchase Fords and trade at Auto Nation Ford Orange Park. I have a 2016 F-150 that I purchased at ANF Orange Park. It had 5,000 miles on it then. Now 10 years later and over 210,000 miles. The truck looks nearly new and drives like a new truck. My back up camera intermintanly stopped working. Ford sent me a recall to repair the condition under a recall program. They sent a valet to pick up my truck and return it. My Service advisor is Matthew. He let me know the progress and notified me it was fixed. ANF OP doesn’t play the bean under the cup game when pricing a vehicle. They give you their best price right away. Ford is a great American auto company who never took government bale out money. Quality vehicles with a great service department. Chris S

Robe Rose and Johnny are amazing in Service. I was done with Ford and Coggin and they completely changed how I felt. I just bought a new Explorer ST-Line yesterday.
