GREAT team here overall! Only critique- please verify cleanliness post service. ( check before you pay !). Dirty oil pressure sensor area on engine block( post replacement -oil all over side of block). Dirty transmission pan post service ( trans fluid dripping and coating pan and skid plate post service) A certain technician tends NOT to clean the residual fluids from the area of work. This leads to unnecessary dirt build up and a potential to think you may have a leak. Inspect before you leave service department. I inspect post work every service. I inform the service advisor every time. (2 seperate services in a row). Thankfully it is resolved immediately. Lets be honest, the customer shouldn't and sometimes cant inspect post work. Work cleanliness = professionalism. If this happens again im adding photos.

The service rep was fine, had no problems. My only problem is. I bought a 100000 mile warranty when I bought my truck. And now, after 29,000 miles, it's no good. I have the drain on the battery and no way to find out what it is unless I pay the price. I would never by another warranty again. A true waste of my money. When my service rep took it up with the management, he was told. I'd have to pay just to get it diagnosed. Even though I have complained about the parasitic draw on my battery. Several times.
My first free service appointment was for 10am and I was out by 11am. I had a nice young man greet me, then Matthew took care of me. Thank you for the quick, friendly service!
Absolutely great experience every time I deal With Coggin. As of now bought four vehicles with Coggin multiple recalls Fix it every time no cost to me because I was under warranty. Great attitudes great customer service across-the-board highly recommend Coggin GMC💯
LOVE. they made everything so easy for me. my car was fixed and cleaned in a timely manner. they gave me updates throughout the whole process and were always so so kind to me!!!
