Working with Joelle at Ameris Bank Mortgage was a great experience from start to finish. Joelle and her underwriting team did an outstanding job bringing Claudia and Tony’s loan to a successful close without any hiccups. Her communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress free. A big thank you to Joelle and her team for all of their hard work behind the scenes. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a lender who truly gets the job done.
We were blessed to have Joelle taking care of our construction loan. She walked us through the entire process from obtaining the construction loan to converting it to a permanent loan after almost a year of construction. Joelle made the process simple but the part we treasured the most was the personal attention she provided, by keeping us informed and always making sure we knew she was there for us.
I had such an amazing experience working with Joelle. She worked tirelessly on my loan. She was efficient, creative and very patient. I would highly reccommend this lender!
Joelle has been a pleasure to work with! I have been a realtor for more than 30 years and Joelle goes above and beyond for her clients!!! When there was ever a concern or question, she always had answers or was on the phone getting them for us. The biggest compliment that I can give Joelle is using her as my personal Lender for our new construction home! It has been a long journey that has taken us through 2 builders and 18 months, but she always had a kind word of encouragement for us to keep going to get what we wanted. She understood our goal and got us there!
One word…. AMAZING! As a realtor it’s not always easy to find lenders who are efficient, timely, and provide excellent customer service. Joelle exceeded our expectations and both my client and I are extremely satisfied. I rate Joelle a 1000 out of 10. Her and the team were exceptional, efficient, and provided great response time. I have 0 complaints and absolutely look forward to working with her again. Great job JOELLE! 🎉
