Coastal Vision Center - Callahan

I have been seeing them for the past 2 years. Everyone is always very helpful and friendly as well as knowledgeable. They are also pretty quick. I don't think I've ever sat for more than 15 min. I always have a positive experience when I visit their office or call with questions. I definitely recommend them!

Just pick up my glasses and it was perfect. Thanks to Angel for all her professional and friendly advice. Talk about customer service, she was perfect on that category. Keep up the good work Dr. Wills and staff!!!

Im giving 3 stars because overall all the staff were kind and helpful. I paid extra for a contacts assessment but when it came time to have me learn how to put them in and remove them myself the experience went sour. The office had become very busy and it was obvious the staff assisting with contacts and glasses were stressed about it because they were talking about it. I felt like an inconvenience despite paying and having an appointment. I was then told I had "run out of time" to try and successfully get them in and out, and would need to schedule another 10 minute appointment to try again. Had I known I'd be rushed and be on a time limit I would have just saved my money but I guess since I already paid I wasn't a priority. I did call back several times but no call back.
