Coastal Pediatric Therapy Center

My son actually loves coming to the center! We did therapy before this and he was just not a fan, at all, so to find therapists and a place he feels comfortable with is such a blessing! My son is diagnosed level 3 ASD nonverbal. It's been a tough road so finding people to join our team who he truly enjoys can be tough but Coastal has made that possible. We first had Tara for speech who he loved and was great! He took to her right away (which is rare!). We now have Maddie (ST)and I knew the switch would throw him off but he warmed up to her quickly, and we love Maddie too! She's very enthusiastic and eager to get as much in as we can in a short half hour. She is great w my son. Then there is his favorite, Ms. Mary Kate (OT). He absolutely adores her.. he has been with her since the beginning so he has gotten to really trust her (plus he gets to play in the gym with her which he loves :) ). She has been great w my son since the first session. She understood you have to be consistent, and assertive with my son at times, and she just has a way with him, understands his needs. He lets her do things, he would never let anyone else do without a total meltdown (other than myself or dad). They have an awesome indoor play gym that helps fulfill his sensory seeking needs! We are grateful for the entire team at Coastal..as others have mentioned we are always greeted with kindness. Thanks for being awesome and always doing what you can to accommodate us. We are truly grateful.

My seven years old daughter attended Coastal Pediatric Center for OT and PT and I couldn't be happier with their service. My child is severely delayed, visually impaired, has cerebral palsy and is medically complex, so she needs therapist who are experienced and well informed. From day one I knew she was in the best hands. Ms Danielle and Ms Elizabeth always went above and beyond to make sure they addressed the needs of my complex child and always provided helpful feedback on strategies to support her at home. My daughter, who is nonverbal, was always happy to see them and came out even happier after therapy. It was an amazing feeling to leave my child knowing she was not only working on improving but also having a great time. Ms Danielle and Ms Elizabeth are attentive, passionate, supportive, encouraging, fun and extremely knowledgeable. Additionally the administrative staff have great communication skills and are very responsive, especially Ellen who is so patient and helpful when it comes to dealing with insurance. Thank you all for your dedication and kindness. I highly recommend Coastal Pediatric Center!

We are loving our time at Coastal Pediatric, we had started off at a different therapy center at the beach and there is no comparison. We have not only seen so much improvement in my sons speech, he genuinely LOVES going to his “learning center” and if we miss a session all we hear about is that he misses, Miss Ruth. We are so thankful for her, she is an absolute GEM. Even the front desk gal is always so kind. Could not recommend Coastal more!

My son has been doing OT for about six months virtually and he has grown and improved so much. His therapist is very kind, engaging and encouraging. He enjoys the sessions even though he has to work on things that are harder for him. It is super easy to connect to and use their virtual platform. All of the office staff are very nice and competent as well. I can tell that everyone really cares about my son and our family and they want to make everything work for us. They also send neat monthly newsletters with fun activities to do. We are very happy and highly recommend Costal Therapy.
