  I’m taking the time to advised that I’m totally not please at all with the level of service that I received. These pictures below are what my pool looks like after three  month of service. The technician would not show up the days that he was squedule to show up to clean the pool and when he showed up whenever  he wanted time he did the bare minimum. This is what my pool looks like and Derick the manager says that this is normal for a pool to look like that after less than a week of servicing. Derick is unprofessional and sounds like he doesn’t care, he suggested that if I’m not please with the service to cancel my services, that is exactly  what I did. I wouldn’t recommend this company. Base on my experience, they do not take ownership of poor and unprofessional services, they are full of excuses and no solutions and resolutions. I work hard for my money and I feel like  I was taking advantage of sending technicians that is learning on the job OJT. Paying over $200 a month for a piss poor pool service, I’m upset and disappointed specially with their lack of customer service skills, poor attitude and a I don’t care attitude. Derick was trying to find every excuse in the book to blame the customer and not take ownership.-0 star rating, I would not recommend it. This is my honest opinion after doing business with them.
