Coastal Health Primary Care - Fleming Island

Staff has always been incredibly friendly, and the new office manager seems to be kind and knowledgeable. However, this place can’t seem to keep providers. Tired of seeing someone new every time because the provider I got used to left. I gave them a chance the first time it happened but it’s too much at this point. Makes me wonder what’s happening behind the scenes to have this much turnover.

My first visit was an introduction as Im a new customer...that was okay. This visit was for my annual checkup to go over blood work and life style changes I've made.....I was excited for this appointment as I knew I had lost 15 pounds and was making excellent progress in the right direction of my health. Well right from the beginning the attendant was cold and negative, it was like she was mad cause I was so happy....really brought me down...so I believe she said something to dr clair cause she was the same way.....I'm not going back....these people are not positive or happy like me...they didn't even want me to be positive and happy.....and that's part of good positive health care too.

Dr Sydey and Dr Clair are exceptional and compassionate drs that care about their patients. I have had nothing but great experiences with them. Especially now that I have been dealing with so much pain. Finally I have a real answer that could finally give me answers as to what to do next. Dr. Sidey, her nurse Amy and the entire office staff are amazing! Personable, knowledgeable, relatable and always professional! Dr. Sidey thinks outside the box and is a great listener. She puts her patients first.
