He listens carefully, explains everything clearly, and ensures the experience is stress‑free. The doctors and staff are equally skilled and compassionate, creating a seamless blend of warmth and expertise. The facility itself is spotless, convenient, and impressively well‑run. I feel fortunate to have access to such world‑class healthcare right here in Point Meadows, Florida.

When I came in to see Todd today I was feeling extremely sick & in bad shape. When I explained what was happening with me to Ms. Ebony she made sure I was safe and comfortable as possible. Todd treated me quickly & with empathy and I was feeling so much better when I checked out. This is the reason I continue to travel a little out of my way to stay with Todd & the staff at Coastal Spine. Everyone that works here really takes the time to really listen to what is ailing you & they really go out of their way to help you & make sure you are feeling better. Unfortunately, this is something that is very hard to find at other providers & clinics nowadays.

There is not enough space in this box for everything too say All is 100% Positive. From the front desk to the nurse & helpers. To the doctors. My doctor is Todd there is no doctor I have like him. He takes his time listens to my every word complaints of pain and asks questions prepared to listen to my every word. He truly is my BEST DOCTOR I HAVE 💯. And I have lots as I am a head trauma patient surviving a motorcycle accident @ 125mph with no helmet. Hands down he is the BEST I have no other doctor listens to every word and asks questions and helps me every way he can . I started at Northside office years ago & got transferred to Point Meadows bout 5yrs ago. And he us the one doctor who I feel actually cares for me. Lord knows he listens to my babbling my crying sometimes and always asks questions to figure out the best way to go about handling it. He truly one of a kind and I hope I pray the Lord above keeps him my doctor forever. Thank You & God Bless Kimberly A. Acuff-Smith Also there is oh my goodness I see her ever every time and lost name. Oh Ebony she has taken care of me from the front desk to behind the wall at restroom & taking my stats etc. This lady just like Todd is THE BEST she is the sweetest lady she cares she listens to me calls me by my name recognizes me as a patient and I know they have to see hundreds of people but she makes me feel special. Always nice never negative always a smile always proper and down right a great person. There are no wards for the care of both Todd & Ebony. They are THE BEST in my life in the world of doctors. Not only i feel in my heart are they like this at work I know in my heart & soul they are like this outside of that office I am sure that kind of care and love and friendliness comes from the heart and I am more then sure both are same in thier lives outside that office. If any questions feel free to ask away I have so much to say about those two. All positive nothing ever negative. Front desk staff is on point . The greatest they work they are kind friendly and never negative. They are cool and always greets me with a smile and asks how I am not because thier job, because they care ...

The office staff are all amazing, Maria and Terry at the front desk always greet you by name with a smile. The same can be said for all the medical staff also very professional and friendly. They make visiting the Dr a pleasant experience. Todd is the best, he never rushes you through your visit no matter how busy.
