From the moment I walked into the building, I felt welcome and was deeply impressed by everyone's willingness to help. The woman at the counter even went out of her way to make me coffee. While that might seem like a small gesture, it really showed me how much she cared about a potential customer. She quickly let Bryan Libby know I was there and that I was looking for a tractor. Bryan immediately impressed me with his product knowledge and genuine desire to help with every detail. His expertise gave me total confidence and security in choosing the right tractor for my needs. He truly went above and beyond my expectations for great service. Thanks for the great service. Dave Pierson
First time tractor owner and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Bryan did a fantastic job hearing my needs and put me on a great piece of equipment. Honest, trustworthy and really knowledgeable. Thanks Bryan and Coastal!
Awesome buying experience with coastal. Will never buy from anywhere else! Their service department is great as well they saved me on a job getting my machine back up and running when the previous dealer I dealt with didn’t!
I’ve purchased 2 machines here and multiple attachments from Bryan, when it’s time for another I’ll be coming back!
I called them and they said they would have the equipment assembled and ready to pick up. I got there and the equipment was ready and the price was as discussed previously on the phone. They fully explained the operation of the equipment and routine maintenance recommended by the manufacturer. I highly recommend Coastal Equipment.
