Coastal is a terrific auto shop and I trust this man with my 2008 Honda Accord. I look forward to getting my AC fixed by Troy while my brother is in town. The last time they worked on my Honda they found numerous things wrong I wasn’t aware of and was very pleased with their work and knowledge. Terrific group of people and Troy will do you right. 20/10 stars. Grew up in Jax and just moved back to the area after being away for 13 years. I needed a new place to take my car + my Mom & sisters. My Dad is no longer with us so dealing with car stuff can be a little stressful for me, yay eldest daughter problems. It had been a while since I had my car worked on so I knew I probably needed brakes. They took care of everything and got it back to me in the same day, extremely reasonably priced. Blessed to have been recommended this shop by a friend and highly recommend it to anyone, especially if you’re just trying to keep your car maintained and want honesty & great customer service! Not stressful at all, thank you Troy & everyone there!

Our recent interaction with Coastal Auto in Jacksonville Beach unfortunately did not progress into a completed transaction due to concerns regarding the tone and professionalism of the communication during the order process. The discussion involved the potential purchase of a remanufactured engine. As is standard throughout the remanufacturing industry, pricing structures often include elements such as refundable core deposits and optional components depending on the configuration of the unit and the needs of the installer. Our staff attempted to review the documentation and pricing details so the transaction could proceed properly. Unfortunately, the conversation became unproductive and the transaction was ultimately discontinued. Fraser Engines & Transmissions maintains a strict internal policy that all interactions with our staff must remain respectful and professional. When communication moves outside those boundaries, we reserve the right to decline the business relationship and move on. They had my car done in less than 24 hours, Really nice people super reliable never had an issue with them. They always give me the best service and make sure that my car is safe when I drive out of there. They never try to sell you more services than you need, Very upfront and honest and trustworthy. Update: My car broke down AGAIN today and they fixed it right away! Seriously the best mechanics in Jax beach. Don’t go anywhere else
