Eric Marques is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. He’s knowledgeable, responsive, and communicates clearly throughout the entire process. Eric takes the time to understand the details, stays proactive, and follows through on what he says. In an industry where reliability and execution matter, he stands out. I highly recommend Eric to anyone looking for a trustworthy and effective partner.

Eric Marques went above and beyond to help me get into my first home. His expertise was unmatched. He is a true friend and would recommend him over and over again.
My husband has worked with Eric on 2 mortgages transactions, and they all went quite well. He has a tremendous amount of knowledge and resources for any time of loan. He is very creative, patient and persistent. We plan to do tons of work with him in the future.
Eric with Coast to Coast was more than amazing with assisting my client and I with loan services. From the time he gathered all of the pertinent information until the closing table. I would definitely continue to recommend his service to anyone looking for a lender. He was very professional, knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions.
Mr. Marques did a fantastic job in handling the entire process from start to finish. He was very informative, answered all my questions, and kept me up to date on where we were at in the process at all times. I highly recommend working with him if you are looking to refinance!
