Coast Home Watch St Augustine | Florida

Kurt is the best we've used to look after our home. He's attentive to the smallest details and is immediate in responding to any issues that arise. He also emails detailed reports after his inspections with photo documentation, which is very reassuring. We strongly recommend Coast Home Watch if you have the need for someone to look after your property.

Kurt just started taking care of our home in Saint Augustine Beach - wow am I glad I hired him! I don't know where to begin... as a retired police officer I can attest to the fact that the owner Kurt is as trustworthy, detail oriented, communicative, friendly, fair with his prices as any one could be. He has gone above and beyond for me & I couldn't feel more comfortable and assured that my home is being watched over. I can not get over what Kurt does in the course of checking my home - it's a lot of service for the money. If you are looking for someone to check on your house while you are gone... this is the company to call.

Kurt and Jennifer have gone far beyond in their services. They have assisted with everything from plumbing issues or lawn irrigation repair. There is no doubt I made the right decision for my secure home watch service. The service is top notch, never any worries. Your property is treated as if it is theirs. Thanks again Kurt and Jennifer.

Coastal Home Watch has been nothing short of a life saver. Kurt is very professional, conscientious, thorough and trustworthy. Wouldn’t trust my home to anyone else. Allows my family the peace of mind to go away for days or months at a time without worry. My husband and I agree that a review can’t capture the relief we feel for having found Kurt. Thank you!!!
