booked a chimney waterproofing this morning. Coalforge Chimney Sweep Care sent updates the whole way, finished when they said, and charged exactly what was quoted. No sticker shock. Gave me a couple options instead of pushing the priciest one. Give them a call.
Honestly thought the price for the chimney cap installation was going to be too high. Was wrong. Coalforge Chimney Sweep Care was very professional and the work speaks for itself. Wore shoe covers inside, little thing but I noticed. Followed up a couple days later to make sure everything was good. You actually get what you pay for. Saved their number
Honestly thought the price for the creosote removal was going to be too high. Was wrong. Coalforge Chimney Sweep Care was friendly without being fake and the work speaks for itself. They didnt try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. You actually get what you pay for.
The chimney waterproofing was easily a 10 out of 10. My only small gripe is that took me a sec to find the entrance. But once things got going, Coalforge Chimney Sweep Care was really knowledgeable and made up for it. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Stuck around to make sure it actually worked. Still relieved. Bottom line, happy customer here.
had a rough experience with another chimney place last month so I was skeptical. Totally different story with Coalforge Chimney Sweep Care. Got the chimney sweep done and they were genuinely professional and they squeezed me in that afternoon. Honored the quote even when the job ran long. Took the time to show me what was actually wrong. Worth what I paid. Saved their number.
