Coach Distribution Center

Order a Coach bag and took longer than expected and upon receiving it the bag was used and disgusting! Very upset about this because this was a birthday present and they sent this. The leather has chips in it and was not even wrapped or padded. There are no tags on the bag either. Very unhappy!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!

DO NOT ORDER!!!!! I sent my long distance bestie a wallet for her birthday and NOTHING WAS IN THE BOX! Looking at all these other comments I can sense a class action incoming. I am PISSED 😡

If zero stars were an option, I would use it. We ordered the Black Leather Signature Rowan and received a completely different, cheap men’s bag. This is beyond a simple mistake and points to serious internal failures—or outright theft—especially considering how many customers report the same issue. Your lack of quality control and security is unacceptable. Management needs to investigate employees, tighten inventory procedures, and stop wasting customers’ time and money. This level of unprofessionalism is embarrassing.

DO NOT BUY from this place!!! Package arrive with NOTHING IN IT!! Zero stars if I could!! Absolutely unacceptable!! Please don’t purchase from here!
