The refugee clinic is the worst place I have ever seen. We are refugees and the social service sent us to this place to undergo a migration medical examination. After many several medical examinations, we arrived at the signing of documents, and the lady at the front desk was very rude to us, and said that the doctor would not sign the documents for us. After that, she called the shift supervisor, who repeated the same thing and said that we needed to find another clinic. I don’t know why, but they didn’t even let me say a word, even though my process was already completed and all that was left was to sign the documents. We were forced to undergo a medical commission elsewhere and pay a lot of money for it. The refugee clinic is an absolutely useless place, even in the third world countries from where we came from, the service is much better than in this place. The refugee clinic does not help refugees!
If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Very bad service. They changed my appointment 3 times, and the last time they changed it on the same day it was supposed to be, with less than 8 hours' notice. And when you go there, the women at reception treat you very badly. Very bad service.
