After relocating and having to take some time off from my daughters speech therapy progress we decided to reach out to several private speech therapists to help her get back in good practice. Dorothy has been amazing with helping our daughter not only pick up where she left off but also advance in her skills quickly! Dorothy is very warm and welcoming and goes above and beyond what is expected as a speech therapist to make her clients feel comfortable! She is a great communicator regarding practicing at home and progress she is seeing with her clients! Our daughter is not only progressing much quicker than expected, she is now also reteaching the skills she has learned to her little brother! We are very grateful to have found Dorothy and HIGHLY reccomend her to anyone who might need a little extra help with their children's speech development.
Mrs. Dorothy has been a game changer with helping our dyslexic child grow. Over this past year we’ve seen vast improvements in our daughter’s academic abilities and confidence. She goes above and beyond making sure to communicate with not only us but our daughters teacher to ensure the targeted areas are being worked on to ensure success. Ms. Dorothy is an amazing therapist. She has been working with my son for a few months now and I am already seeing results. His speech is clearer and he is more confident. He looks forward to Tuesdays because he knows he will be going to her office. I highly recommend Clear Communication Therapy.
I absolutely love Mrs. Dorothy! She is so kind and patient with my child. She's understanding and is very responsive via text and email. He's making so much progress in just a short amount of time too! This was one of the best decisions I've ever made for my child and I'm so thankful to Mrs. Dorothy for making the therapy fun and enjoyable for my child.
I have known Dorothy for several years and have had the opportunity to observe the kind, gentle, and engaging way she’s interacted with children. She has true empathy for their experience and utilizes tools that are engaging and fun for them. My now 5 year old son benefited from virtual sessions with her during the pandemic, and he always looked forward to seeing her!
