As you walk into the waiting room, the place seems clean, fresh, and decorated in tones of blue. The check-in staff was congenial. I waited less than 5 minutes. Each of the technicians was kind and clear with their instructions (nice to a 72 yr old woman!). The various waiting rooms are also well appointed. (I love the photo of a majestic Live Oak tree). Dr. Levine is my favorite physician of all my physicians. He is thorough, competent, and explains every result thoroughly. He is also funny and kind. He always answers my questions, even when I think the questions sound silly. He reassures me emotionally, but also explains why I might have after images or why my blood pressure might affect my vision when I bend over. He’s the best! And when I checked out, Scout listened to me talk about my visit, gave me copies of my results, and gave me a lovely smile. Great visit!
Everyone at Clay Eye Physicians & Surgeons are so awesome and so nice. From the front door to the back door. I just love going there. The Dr's don't beat around the bush, they shoot it straight to you. If you want great and friendly service you need to check this wonderful place out. You won't be disappointed.
I had a wonderful experience at the clinic on my recent visit. Everyone I interacted with, from the friendly front desk staff to the knowledgeable medical assistants, contributed to a very enjoyable and smooth visit. I want to give the doctor a 5-star ✨ rating for his clear, thorough explanations of my eye condition, including details about the diagnosis process and treatment options, as well as his careful approach to my eye care. Thank you again for making my visit much more pleasant this time. The cleaning of my eye was performed with meticulous attention, leaving my eye feeling refreshed and perfectly cleaned. The doctor is an excellent specialist, demonstrating professionalism and expertise, and I highly recommend him to anyone experiencing eye issues. I have been going to Clay Ehe for several years and have been extremely satisfied with everyone I’ve seen. Dr Hayes has been very thorough and has helped me tremendously. He explains everything in detail and makes sure I understand the issues and my options. I have been so pleased that I drive from Pensacola to Jacksonville when necessary. I highly recommend Dr Hayes as a glaucoma specialist.
If you have any "I" eye "I" wants or needs, go to these quality PEOPLE taking CARE of PEOPLE. They know what to do, when to do it and how to do it. Young staff are AT the quality we have always wanted. NOT that other STUFF "we don't have time or eyes for". Why so good, because the DOCTORS model the way. My DOCTOR walked the talk. Did not rush me and went deep into the evaluation of my left eye concern. I know I had to go when I was finished. However, I wanted to understand this well oiled machine more. Now, I am going to a referral that I am ok with. However, they have a tough act to follow, tomorrow. The staff member who initially dialated my eyes was extremely personal professional and relatable. Thank You All!!!
