I made an appointment almost 2 weeks in advance, i drive all the way there to be let known my appointment was cancelled! They claimed they called to reschedule but i look the number up in my call log and only see where I called THEM to set the appointment🤦🏽♀️. big waste of time, every time i come for something simple i’m always there for 1 hour +.. with an empty office.
Scheduled a week in advance to have my kids physicals for school because they said it was the only available appointment. When we arrived they told us there were no appointments at all today. There was another family waiting also and were told the same thing. Obviously someone in scheduling was unaware of this meeting and booked people regardless. Total waste of time and gas
Absolute garbage. Nobody does their job or gives out correct information. Everything is " go to our website" yet they want good pay to sit there and say that to you instead of physically getting up and doing their job.
Had to get a certificate, customer service was positive and quick. In and out with in 10 minutes. Building is clean, plenty of seats and parking spots.
They treated me amazing with the upmost respect. Got in and got out!
