My car was damaged during repairs but I was told there’s no way the damage could’ve been caused by the repair. My battery died completely while being repaired and when I replaced it my fan started running without the keys being in the ignition. They told me to bring the car back but when I called to have it towed back they denied me saying it wasn’t their fault. This was done under an insurance claim and Triple AAA had offered no assistance so I’m stuck paying out of pocket for the rental and being told to take the car for a diagnostics. I had no issues prior to repairs
They have an amazing team. Knowledgeable and friendly staff! The repairs were completed and my car looks great!
Update: The owner of the shop made things right. Although it cost over $4000 and 20 weeks at the Land Rover shop, it is fixed and the paint job does look great. Thank you for taking the time to listen and make sure that the right thing was done! The vehicle was dirty when returned. It looked like someone had been smoking in my vehicle and the sunroof no longer works.
The process was very easy and quick. They were professional and friendly. I definitely would recommend to my friends and family.
First off Lisa is amazing and has a great customer service voice! She's very kind and helpful, the kind of person you want to represent your company. The car was fixed very quickly and looked so brand new, and I almost couldn't tell the difference from the new headlight to the polished old one. I'm 110% satisfied with their work! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
