Overall this was a pretty nice park, there is a variety of fun equipment for the kids to play on like swings, various playground structures, see saws, toddler playgrounds, equipment/swings for disabled, and nice big trees around. A few complaints would be the main big zip line and the biggest slide were both broken, the bathrooms were dirty and only one toilet not clogged, and the parking was on the small side for such a large playground. All in all, if I lived in the area I would come again but would hope the facilities are cleaner next time.
Good for kids not really for adults. There is a covered picnic area for a small gathering. Wide open woods trail with story book pages along the trail for kids to read and actout. The trail is so wide (cleared) it almost feels like you are not in nature, which was a little disappointing The house is actually only open on certain days of the month for tours, so that was disappointing. Over all peaceful and a little brak from the busy surrounding roads. Overall a good place to bring kids to play.
This is a great park. Lots of play activities for the kids and also places to sit for the parents on the playground. There's a volleyball field, and gazebos with multiple picnic tables. Park was clean. I definitely would recommend this place.
Absolutely loved this park 😃😃!!! Plenty of things to interact with, climb on or play with. and the park was very clean and well kept. Plenty of space for the kids to run around and play and everyone seemed really friendly. Will definitely come back!!!🛝😁😁👌🏾👍🏾
If you've never been to this park, make the drive and CHECK IT OUT! This playground is next to the historical Clarke House so you can get a little exercise and history, all in one! I took my 1.5 year old and he had the best time exploring every part of the park. They have so many types of play equipment I have never seen in other parks. The long zip line and the chair zip line were not working while we were there but it didn't feel like we were missing out on anything with so many other fun things to play on.
