I was referred to Dwayne and Kristin for an injury that fell under the Jones Act. I found them both to be very knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, forthright, honest and best of all good communicators! They spent a great amount of time and effort on my case. For example when I was having trouble getting doctor appointments or insurance company responses they became involved and made things happen. They were able to keep the ball moving in my case and obtained a settlement that I was agreeable with in a timely manner. It’s important to have a team working with you when things go sideways.
