Had my son's ears pierced today with Hillary. She was absolutely phenomenal!!!. Very professional,informative and sweet. HIGHLY recommend her if you or your little one are wanting to get their ears pierced!! ☺️

I had a wonderful experience at River City Marketplace, especially thanks to Hillary! We initially arrived at the store to find it wasn’t open yet, but she was incredibly apologetic about the situation. We went and did some other shopping before coming back. Once the store opened, she went above and beyond to make our experience special. She was kind, attentive, helpful, and genuinely caring. She was also wonderful to talk to and made my daughter’s birthday feel extra special. Brianna was also very kind and made our experience enjoyable, these ladies are amazing!
I was on the edge about getting my daughter’s pierced. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted, and helped immediately by Hillary. She explained everything very thoroughly and showed extreme patience with my little one once she began. Hillary was amazing!! This was definitely a memorable experience so much so my daughter wanted to give her a high five and hug. I can’t say how much of a relief this experience was! Thanks, Hillary!!
The lady on shift today at Claire’s Rivercity Marketplace had excellent customer service skills she was very kind knowledgeable and reassuring. She didn’t mind being asked a lot of questions. She explained the procedure and after care she was fast but efficient. The store was easy to find clean and stocked the lady was able to pierce all 4 of the girls ears 11(second hole) 2( tag teaming twins) and 2 months. I would recommend checking them out.
Ms.Briana is so Awesome! I came in with my daughter today. I have came In the store multiple times and she has been very nice and helpful every visit and very informative. If she is not already a manager she should be!
