Went through like 4 pairs of shoes and the boy said he didn’t have the size 11.5 and instead of just telling me what shoes he had in the that size he kept just making me mad Such a huge inconvenience and waste of time

Isaiah was excellent Ty was great as well This store is clean and very organized
Very poor customer service, nobody asked me if I needed any help, employees just standing around playing on their phones. Go spend your hard earn money somewhere else.
The customer service is horrible. The associate was very unpleasant and made me feel like I was a bother for her to do her job. I did not have a good experience and the sad part was she was management for that day. City Gear needs to hire people that want to work and have good customer service skills
UPDATE: Service has gotten better. Previous Review: Inconsistent customer service from Mgt and Corp. Store price tags don't reflect online prices. Correct price shows when price scanned. Prior to correct price showing, asked will they honor online price. Manager stated by phone online prices do no reflect store prices. Bad practice. JMO. Enjoy the store merchandise, not the underhanded deceptive marketing practices. AND CHANGE THE NAME. ARE YOU DTLR OR CITY GEAR?
