I recently had the pleasure of utilizing the services of your company for my semi truck and trailer, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. From the moment I contacted your dispatcher, Nathalia, to the completion of the job by technician Miguel, every aspect of the service exceeded my expectations. Nathalia's professionalism, kindness, and accuracy in handling my request were exceptional. She ensured that all necessary details were accounted for and provided clear communication throughout the process, which immediately put me at ease. As for Miguel, his expertise and efficiency were evident in the quality of work he performed on my trailer. He adeptly replaced two brake chambers, several air lines, in addition to installing four new batteries and two new steer tires in my truck. these guys replaced our trailer tires on the side of the road, and were awesome. they came within 45 mins, replaced the tire, were friendly and they are open for a communication which i like the most. Thank you ivanna and your team for the service
I had a broken down trailer over 1200 miles from home, prinso came out at 130am within 30 minutes and fixed a critcal part on my trailer, saved me time and potienally loss of thousands of dollars. Rockstar service! God is good but prinso is right there! 👌🙌👏
This morning at around 8:30 my semi started having an Air leak I called CES mobile Truck and trailer repair. I was quoted the late night call even though it is 8:30 in the morning and was told their regular price does not start until 9 AM. That is fine. That is understanding that is their rules. Here goes the rate as followed, $165 for the service call, and $135 to tell me what’s wrong with my truck, and all the expenses that will occur if needed. I am all in agreement with the rate. I know I need a new airline for the tractor. So now that I know I need a new airline I was quoted and quote. Actually my final pricing would’ve been here is the breakdown, the first to quotes. $165 for the service and $135 Diagnostic I was told I will be paying another $135 for driving time, driving time, And $150 for the new airlines. I have been in trucking for quite a few years never have I heard a company charge an extra $135 for driving time for a mechanic that is the $165 service call is for.. I call T.A, And ask how much is an airline? T A quoted me an airline is 6 to 7 $ per foot. So even if I needed 10 feet Of airline that still would not equal $150. I love supporting small businesses, but I am not here for ripping off us truckers out here. At the end, I argued over that airline, and that extra $135 driving time. If any other drivers read these comments or any body in a vehicle, when a company charge you a service call, that service call is for the driver to come to you.
