In August 2019, Cyndy helped me find my dream home. She picked up on the vibe and aesthetic that I wanted in a home extremely quickly. She found a house that is perfect for me that I would have otherwise never found. As a first time home buyer, Cyndy took her time to explain everything (before I even had to ask) and truly helped me through each step of the process. She is a 10/10 and I highly recommend her.
Cindy is an exceptional agent. She has knowledge, is always professional and communicates each step of the way. We purchased our first Saint Augustine home from her in October of 2020. It is the perfect spot, for us. We love it. Cindy kept us in mind as we were searching for another home to fix up. Actually to live in while we put an addition on to our home. As soon as she found one that she though could be right she called. We looked, saw the possibilities and will close this week! She is the best of the best! Look no further, this woman is on top of it all.
Cindy is the best. Helped us buy our house 7 years ago and has now sold it. Could not ask for a better agent!
Increased asking price by $50k and got a full price offer in 10 days! Great to work with!
