Concerning Experience with Cindy at Bold City Realty Group As local investors who operate at a high volume, we’ve had the opportunity to work with many great agents and can easily spot when something isn’t right. Unfortunately, our experience with Cindy was disappointing. After agreeing on a deal and signing the necessary As Is purchase documents, we began due diligence ahead of schedule. However, we later find, the listing was updated to "highest and best." When we finally heard from Cindy, which just happened to be after the highest and best deadline ended, she mentioned she had been out of the office but received some REALLY GOOD offers she was legally obligated to present, fair enough. However, this left us asking: After both parties agreed to a mutually fair deal and we had signed all documents on our end, why did it feel like our offer was being shopped around? This entire process wasted valuable time and resources for our team and contractors. As investors or agents representing investors, I’d recommend proceeding with caution when dealing with Cindy. While we typically don’t write negative reviews, this experience was unprofessional and a significant drain on time, money, and energy.
Cindy Lee is a wonderful Broker. I have been with BCRG for 2 years and have known Cindy for 4 years.Cindy was my instructor for Realestate School. She is very professional and about her business. No matter the time or day if you need to ask a question or get clarification on something she is always there for her agent's. I couldn't imagine working with anyone other than THE CINDY LEE !!

Cindy is an absolute professional! She is very responsive and diligent in her work. She also has a great working knowledge of markets that expands beyond her primary location. She has been a stellar resource for my personal and business needs in real estate. Highly recommended!
We have enjoyed working with Cindy on the purchase of our first home. Her many years of expertise is noticed within the first few minutes of meeting her. Her communication is clear and concise. She is diligent on helping you find what you are looking for daily, even on weekends. All the while educating you on the local market and processes. We highly recommend working with Cindy!
