Cielo Stone and Tile

I ordered some South Seas Super White Mini Brick Pearl Shell tiles. The tiles are beautiful! I was going to have the tiles installed directly on the wall but because the tiles are so beautiful, I decided to have the tiles made into two art pieces. That way, if I move I will be able to take these art panels with me. Cielo Stone & Tile has a large selection of products to choose from, so you will find something you like there. The sales staff is friendly and helpful. I asked if they knew of an installer and the craftsman they recommended did such an excellent job! He was very professional and detailed oriented.

I really appreciated how transparent they were about their policies and product education — porcelain tile is non-refundable because it’s ordered by lot, but they explained how they work directly with vendors to resolve any shipping or damage issues quickly. It’s rare to find that level of professionalism paired with such warmth. Cielo will definitely be my first stop for future client projects in Florida — beautiful space, amazing team, and truly exceptional service.

We had such a great experience at Cielo Stone & Tile! The showroom is stunning so many beautiful options for tile, stone hardwood and cabinetry. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through every detail, from installation guidance to what to expect with natural variation in porcelain and stone. They were also very upfront about their policies - porcelain tile is non-refundable since each order is custom and batch-specific, but they encouraged us to check everything within five days of receipt in case there's any damage. It's clear they stand behind their products and work closely with vendors to make things right if anything ever arrives broken or defective. That level of honesty and care is rare. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and honestly enjoyable, Highly recommend Cielo to anyone who wants beautiful materials and great customer service!

I could "play tile" all day long there! Once I had my selection picked out, Brian took pictures of what I wanted and created a portfolio for me. He then emailed me the tile choices that I selected so that I could go home and think it over (so many choices, so difficult to decide!) I really appreciated this because I did make one change after thinking about things and it was great to have the photos to go back and reference. I also took the tile samples with me so that I could match up granite for my countertops. The tile guy is coming next week to do the install and I'm super excited! Oh! And I went back today and decided on a vinyl floor that they have too! It will look great in my house and I won't have to worry about water at all because it's 100% vinyl.
