Chuck Rogers Park

The park is very easy to reach by car and when there you will find it to be very clean and accessible. IT has a lovely sidewalk all around that is mostly in the shade. Great for walking yourself or if you happen to have a dog. This park is made for all age children . there is a playground area which has swings and other activity equipment right next to it is a large public restroom. Behind that is a huge grass area which can accommodate several soccer games at the same time and often you will find at least one or two soccer games in action if you attend on the weekend or after school.

Nice shade all throughout the park, even around the walking path. Come in the late afternoon/early evening, and 3/4 of the path is shaded. The only concern is the age and wear and tear of the picnic tables. Splinters are waiting to happen here.

Was here for a soccer tournament, and what a mess. The fields were engulfed with mud. The soccer fields have slopes so the ball is completely unpredictable. The mud was horrendous, it completely ruined the kids uniforms. People were actually getting stuck in the mud walking to the fields. Many people were upset of their sneakers/shoes, ruined! These soccer fields need major work!
