Christopher Wickersham, Attorney at Law

Just pay the flat fee and let them handle it. Trying to clear a tax deed title by yourself is a great way to mess up the service requirements. The paralegals here do this every day. They found an old IRS lien on my property and got the government to release it. Got the final judgment right around the 120 day mark.

They handled my quiet titles within the time frame they said they would, Mr. Wickersham personally called me when the job was done, and they were transparent about some leftover fees that I will get refunded. It was my first experience working with them and it well. I intend to come back soon!

My name is Chrissy and I called their offices, looking for some help with the property I was wanting to purchase. The woman that answered the phone, Lauren, was beyond helpful. She was amazing. She helped me and educated me on property, tax deeds, and the red flags and things that should be aware of before spending savings in an investment that could potentially be a waste. I recommend this company to anyone that is looking for help in any kind of real estate purchases. Call them before you make a purchase!! They are great

Mr. Wickersham and his team were outstanding. Their professionalism and guidance helped us achieve a great outcome, and my family and I are truly grateful.
