Christie's International Real Estate First Coast: Cheri LaVigne

If you're looking for a real estate agent who will provide you with exceptional service, then Cheri Lavigne is your person. We felt like we were working with our best friend rather than a real estate agent. If you want a stress free experience, Cheri is a fantastic Realtor and a pleasure to work with. Her extensive knowledge and good advice goes a long way. We wouldn't deal with anyone else but her.

I could not have made it through the home buying process without Cheri. We searched for our home for about 4 months and she was there with me every step of the way until we found our home. She was always available anytime I wanted to see a property and was there to answer all my questions every time I had them. The seller of the home we chose did not make the transaction easy but, Cheri made sure we closed and they held up their end of our deal. Cheri LaVigne went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. She is definitely recommended for all of your real estate needs!

Cheri is the greatest realtor we have ever worked When we wanted to see something she was ‘always there’ never wasn’t ready to go share a property. She also showed our property for sale and got offers in a few days. She will work hard for anyone. She number one in our book. Will always call her when ready to buy again. 💕
