Christie Bedford, Christie's International Real Estate First Coast

After living in the same home and neighborhood for 37 years, where we raised two children, my husband and I finally made the move to our new home after a 2.5 year search. Christie Bedford, as our realtor, listened carefully to what our priorities were regarding our relocation, showed us countless properties in multiple neighborhoods, and advised us as to what the proper price and terms were to offer. Christie coordinated the inspection process, guided us through additional negotiations, and then the entire closing process. Following our purchase and relocation, Christie then handled the staging, marketing, and sale of our former primary residence which resulted in our being under contract and closed in less time than the then average market time for similar homes in our area. Had it not been for Christie’s patience, listening skills, knowledge of the market, expertise in contract preparation and negotiation, and her coordination of all the steps associated with both the purchase and sale of residential properties, our relocation process would have been overwhelming. Her no pressure approach was refreshing. Anyone planning to buy or sell a residential property must have Christie in their corner from start to finish. Christie: we cannot thank you enough!

Christie led us through our home buying process with knowledge and patience. She handled our out of state move like a true professional. She was able to expertly navigate the purchase of our home. She is a very strong communicator. We appreciated Christie’s attention to detail. Our home buying process would not have been the same without her! I would recommend this agent to my family and friends. Thank you, Christie!
