Christian stood out with his personalized approach. After many months of looking for the perfect home , Christian took the time to understand our preferences and lifestyle, we finally found a home in a kid-friendly neighborhood near great schools, a pool and close to work 😃. We highly recommend Christian for your future home purchase !
Christian is incredibly knowledgeable, flexible, and personable when it comes to Jax Realty. He’s created a growing clientele through his constant outreach and knowledge of the areas which created a quick and efficient search of what the client wants. Glad to say I know this man and have seen his work in action.
As the owner of the largest home inspection company in Jacksonville, I get to work with a large number of real estate agents on a daily basis. I can honestly say that Christian Oliver is at the top of the game. His knowledge and understand of the real estate transaction, his dedication to his client, and his communication make him second to none. I would, without a doubt, trust Christian and his expertise in navigating me through the real estate buying or selling process.
Christian is such a patient and detail oriented realtor. He takes his time, finds homes you’re looking for, as well as homes you may not even realize are in your taste range until he shows you. He’s also down to earth and realistic. Sometimes as homebuyers during such a stressful situation we can have unrealistic expectations and requests. I love that Christian always regrounds me and resets my expectations in the most respectful way and helps me realize the end goal— a home for my daughter and I. If you’re looking for someone extremely passionate about the industry, an expert, and someone who will look for a home for you as if he’s searching for one for his family members…Christian is your realtor. Also— his car always is spotless. He’s picked me up several times and always has a snack or coffee for me bc he knows I’m a stressed mom 🥹🥹 🤣 we love Christian!
Christian is hands down one of the best agents in NE Florida! Very passionate about the industry, his clients, and the community. I am honored to know Christian and work with him on a local Jacksonville board.
