I needed an oil change and tires rotated. I usually head to Marion Cadillac on Southside Blvd. However, this time I chose to try CBA, drawn in by their slogans: “Building trust through honesty first” and “doing the job at a higher standard.” I was eager to see if they could deliver on these promises. What I discovered at CBA was everything they claimed and more. The staff greeted me warmly and communicated effectively making me feel valued as a customer. They prioritized transparency, providing a thorough inspection complete with images and videos showing the underside of my vehicle - something I rarely encounter elsewhere. What impressed me most was their commitment to waiting for my approval on other things before starting any work. When u operate with integrity and serve others, the difference is truly remarkable. Broke down on my way back to NY. Showed up unannounced looking for help. Every bay was filled and they appointments coming in. (A Monday no less), these guys still managed to squeeze me in. Did a full assessment, although my jeep was a total loss, they were honest about my situation, gave me options, and assisted me with locating a service to dispose of the vehicle. And with all of that, charged very little for all of the last minute diagnosis, and re assembly of the truck. Had this happened in NY I would be looking at a huge bill and would have been waiting days for a diagnosis. God bless them! I highly recommend!
10/10 do recommend. They were very easy to work with and were honest and detailed about the repairs I needed in my car. They even explained the why behind the cost of service. The environment in the lobby was a great experience. They had free snacks and beverages. The music playing in the lobby reminded me of my salvation. They also had some good books to read as well!
Found out I had a nail in my tire. Called them up about an hour before they closed for the day to see if they could help us out and they were able to. Super friendly people, super nice shop, super nice guest area, and super nice overall experience. Definitely won me over! I will be coming back for anything I need in the future and couldn’t recommend them more!
You would even think its an automotive repair shop on the outside & definitely not on the inside. Besides the smell of an actual repair shop lol. Basically it it very beautiful kept and very clean. I went for a tire repair they got me in and out! 10/10 I recommend!!!
