ChillTech of North Florida is THE BEST air conditioning repair and maintenance company I have worked with in my 30 years of living in Jacksonville. Their response time was excellent, and I was consulted at every stage of the repair. They kept me informed throughout the diagnosis and repair process, and when they were finished, our AC was working better than it has in years. Professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to doing the job right. I will be a customer for life!
Trey at ChillTech was fantastic from start to finish. He came out to my rental home the same day I called and gave me a quote that absolutely blew everyone else’s away. Family and friends had recommended ChillTech to me, and now I completely understand why. What really stood out was his honesty and knowledge. He explained that my old unit was actually too small for the home and recommended upgrading to a 2.5 ton system to help avoid future problems and keep everything running properly long term. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain things instead of just trying to make a quick sale. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and Trey was incredibly friendly and professional. The new AC system was installed within just a couple of days and everything went smoothly. It’s hard to find companies that are this responsive, honest, and easy to work with anymore. Highly recommend Trey and ChillTech!
My old AC system completely failed, and ChillTech was able to come out quickly and get a new one installed within a couple of days. The installation process was seamless, the crew was courteous, and they made sure we were comfortable before they left. Highly recommend!!!
A malfunctioning float switch was shutting off the AC at Hair By Lee & Friends on a recent August afternoon. Not good! Chill tech responded win less than an hour. Adam quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Outstanding service.
ChillTech of North Florida offered the best price of all five quotes I got from other HVAC compaines in the Jacksonville area. The owners of the company are who I delt with and they were both professional, knowledgable about the A/C Systems and offered the same warranty as the other companies. I highley recommend ChillTech.
