Chico's

More often than not sadly I have experienced poor quality of service at this Chicos store by a few of the sales associates. Some sales associates are absolutely wonderful. This morning however was terrible. I purchased 3 pairs of earrings and the sales associate put them all in one gift pouch. I asked her if she could give me 2 more pouches since 2 of the pair were gifts. She rolled her eyes and tutted loudly and then very reluctantly and with a poor attitude gave me one. Horrible experience. This lady should not be working in the customer service industry! I do know her name but prefer not to mention it here. I have also sent this on to Chicos customer service. I have been a Chicos member for many years and do not deserve to be treated in such a disrespectful way. The manager needs to address these concerns with her staff, since a number of posts seem describe poor customer service in this store.

Most of my clothes come from Chicos. I love the selections, fit and multiple styles to pick from. The ladies at this location are always welcoming and helpful. On this last Sunday, I had to run over and do a pickup order and it was 45 minutes before closing. Of course, I got sidetracked and wanted to try on things and Pat was so sweet. She did not make me feel hurried in any way and it was a nice experience. Thanks Pat!

I would give 0 stars if i could. I don't normally post with my name, but if this is the only way to get a point across, I'll do it. I've shopped at Chicos stores for years both online and in person. My in person visits have been less than a pleasure. Unfortunately, the two locations in my area have been absolutely the worst at making EVERYONE feel welcomed when entering and shopping in your stores. I totally agree with one other review. Treatment depends on your ethnicity. Several visits, I was treated as if I was from space, and my money was blue instead of green like everyone else. They were snobs, I was treated cold (did not receive the same greetings, kept waiting while they took care of a customer of a different race) and ignored. I have loved most of my purchases over the years, but I think this is the end for me. This has happened too many times. Perhaps a course in diversity is needed for every employee you have, both new and current. I must add ALEX, in your Jax Fl, Town center store is the nicest sales person I've had. He doesn't belong there with the others.

2/28/24 I recently visited Chicos and had the misfortune of being assisted by [SONIA]. The rep was completely unhelpful and unfriendly. She seemed uninterested in helping my mother find what she was looking for, and when we asked for suggestions and all we got was dry answers When I asked for a different size, they rolled their eyes and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. The whole experience was frustrating and unpleasant. I won't be returning to this store again thanks to this sales rep's poor attitude and service."
